How Fireworx helped Blanchards Bailey to Optimise their Marketing

Challenge

Blanchards Bailey are a Dorset law firm, with four offices across the county in Blandford, Dorchester, Shaftesbury and Weymouth. Looking to build upon their recent growth and recognition in the Legal 500 and Dorset Legal Awards, they retained the services of Fireworx as a their digital marketing agency with the goal to further promote the brand to a wider audience.

This remit then extended to updating Blanchards Bailey’s existing print and online marketing materials, helping to establish the recently opened Dorchester office within the local community, and to empower their on-going recruitment drive.

Actions

One of our first actions since partnering with Blanchards Bailey was to run a brand workshop with the company principals in order to distil what the firm’s ethos was; how it saw itself, and how it wanted to be seen.

Armed with this information about the company’s ideals we were able to better reflect those values across the range of touch points the firm has with its clients (and potential clients), from their e-mail newsletters to their business cards. This has been most keenly felt in their social media presence, with the company accounts across Twitter and LinkedIn becoming much more active, posting content with the intent to be industry thought-leaders, and acting as a local community champion.

In addition to this we have also managed, filmed and edited a recruitment video for use on the website, with an emphasis on the firm’s commitment to helping its staff to reach their potential, while strongly rooting the company within rural Dorset and its communities.
