Challenge

Enhanced have been established for over 25 years as the go-to business for companies who are looking for help in reaching their growth potential through better IT solutions.

From their head office in Poole, Enhanced work with a large number of leading businesses across the UK. They deliver Microsoft IT systems and services and implement core changes helping maximise the productivity and financial benefits brought by improved technological solutions. This is backed by award winning support to deliver a personalised service, with a committed and friendly technical team.

With their own ambitious growth plans, Enhanced turned to Fireworx, to help support the next exciting phase of their strategic business plans.

Action

We started by working in partnership with the Enhanced senior leadership team clarifying the overall positioning, from this we agreed an approach aligned to the future direction of the business.

The new look brand is centered around 2 core values that embody everything Enhanced stands for. A leader in technical knowhow which helps businesses benefit from the full potential of technology, and secondly their award winning customer centric dedication that puts clients at the centre of everything they do.

Using the Enhanced ‘D’ curved logo mark, the marketing communication was brought to life through a mix of vibrant graphics and eye-catching imagery with the logo mark becoming an intrinsic part of all the visual communication hierarchy. The curved red device has evolved to become the back-bone to all imagery, which is infused with a mix of people who achieve more in every day life and day-to-day business scenarios.

Along with the bold new style, the messaging has also become more focused on the values Enhanced stands for and the benefits they provide to customers, reflecting the ambition, focus and trust that is fundamental to the businesses they support every day.

As part of a planned marketing schedule, Enhanced has just launched a new look website with a revised structure, user experience, breaking down services into features and benefits with simplified language and an intuitive interface. Other activity planned includes supporting local publications, online advertising, social media, email marketing, direct mail and a series of events throughout the year.

“As part of our ongoing growth strategy the Directors agreed to appoint a creative agency who would be able to enhance the look and feel of our existing brand and encapture the values and beliefs that Enhanced upholds. We needed a more modern and up to date appearance that would promote the brand in next stage of our exciting mission.

After several briefing sessions and consultations, we decided to appoint Fireworx. From the very initial meetings it was clear that Dan Smith and his team totally understood our business, our needs and where we wanted to go. Working on our existing collateral, Fireworx have given us a vastly improved, up to date design for both print and digital media, including the launch of a visually engaging and user friendly website. We are proud to launch what we now consider an informative and impactful look for Enhanced for 2020 and beyond.
