It was a double celebration for Dorset at last week’s Wirehive awards, with Fireworx’s rebrand and repositioning work for Choose Wisely taking out one of the top awards on the night. Wirehive were very complimentary of both the creative cut through and the results of the work, which helped Choose Wisely carve out a niche in the comparison site market.
The comparison sector is dominated by household brands and multi-million-pound marketing budgets, so it was a challenge the marketing agency were pleased to accept, albeit with the constraints of a much more modest budget!
Daniel Smith, CEO of Fireworx was delighted with the award win, saying;
“We help brands punch above their weight by using a unique approach, we put ourselves in our clients customers shoes and develop a harder hitting value proposition and stand-out creative which delivers more impact. Our work with Choose Wisely is a great example of how it can pay off for our clients, even against much bigger brands with bigger spend.”
The Choose Wisely relaunch was an overnight conversion sensation, improving Email Marketing Consent Opt-in by over 150%, and increased eligibility check form click out to lenders by an impressive 450%.
In making the award, the Wirehive spokesperson said;
“This entry showed a wonderful communications site with fresh, empowering messaging and easy usability. The result stats are very impressive and it’s easy to see how this has created an imaginative brand impact. Excellent work!”
Marc Biles, CEO of Choose Wisely said;
“The re-brand of Choose Wisely helped us focus more closely on our target customer and tailor a customer journey designed to simplify choosing the right financial product for each user. We’re delighted with the results from a more purposeful Choose Wisely, and the process with Fireworx really helped us re-evaluate our marketing strategy”
Fireworx has seen continued growth as a result of rewarding client partnerships. Ranked in the top ten elite UK agencies by the Drum, the agency works in both the commercial business and consumer sectors and is well known for using Disruptive Thinking and visually engaging creative to help clients stand out from the crowd. Its campaign for Dorset NHS Trust, using the appeal of Dorset in a recruitment drive to attract nurses to move from London to work in the county, was itself shortlisted as a Dorset Business Awards finalist in 2017, and their recent work for the Police Road Safety campaign has also been shortlisted for a 2019 Dorset Business Award, and nationally shortlisted for the Drum Out Of Home Campaign Of The Year 2019 Award.
