How Fireworx helped Collect+ to Optimise their Marketing

Challenge

Collect+ is owned and operated by PayPoint, and is the UK’s largest parcel shop network. With a national network of locations, it’s made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets, and petrol stations, providing users with a simple and convenient parcel collection and sending service. The company is also partnered with leading couriers Amazon, DHL, DPD, eBay, FedEx, HubBox, Parcel2GO, and Yodel.

Collect+ appointed Fireworx to help work on their creative, digital marketing, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), to further expand the brand’s visibility and growth.

Action

As online shopping continues to grow and consumer behaviour evolves post-Covid, Collect+ is committed to continuing to enhance their service and help their retailer partners respond to these trends and deliver vital community services across the UK. This supports more developments, more parcels, and more opportunities for retailers to benefit from partnering with Collect+ in their stores.

From the digital marketing perspective, we started by auditing the websites and analysing the keywords they wanted to be visible for. By looking at the on-site and off-site SEO strategy we built out a program of activity to enhance visibility over the medium term and establish a stronger foothold within their core services. This work included a full hygiene workup of their website and a content schedule to support both on-site changes alongside increasing inbound links from quality websites.

Running in parallel to the digital marketing work we are also working on the brand communications, from infographics, printed collateral, emailers, and outdoor campaigns.

Simplifying the communication and using more impactful imagery we are disrupting the delivery space and creating real stand-out for both brands.

“I have worked with Fireworx in the past with other brands and I’ve always had the confidence in the team to deliver outstanding creative concepts, along with their strong digital offering they’re a breath of fresh air to deal with. They are always willing to help, go the extra mile and give constructive advice along the way. I look forward to working with them for years to come.”
