How Fireworx helped Atlas to Optimise their Marketing

Challenge

Leading the way in glazed roof design, Atlas’ contemporary ultra-slim appearance is a real show-stopper, and its outstanding performance means customers get a stunning space they can use all year round.

With a launch of a new lantern product range Atlas approached Fireworx to help create a fully integrated campaign to engage with both installers and customers.

We started by visiting the headquarters to understand the manufacturing and build process. The new lantern is so revolutionary – lighter, quicker and easier to fit and more thermally efficient, that we had to find a way to communicate this step-change in a high impact and exciting way.

Fireworx created an overarching campaign message based on ‘The new Lantern 2.0’. With a three phase campaign push – teaser, launch and post launch, through a fully integrated marketing campaign.

Social media graphics and communications supported pre-launch, launch, and the post launch campaign. 17 print adverts in the trade press extended the reach, complemented by a 6 phase email campaign, with an incredible 64% open and 46% click through rate.

Finally, marketing and showroom support which included a personalised retail brochure, pull-up banners, stock flyers and door drops.

“I’ve worked on numerous of different marketing campaigns with the Fireworx team for the last year and have never worked with an agency who are as accommodating, creative and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they take time to really understand the core of the business to produce creative and engaging campaign elements. Dan isn’t afraid to push the boundaries and try new things in order to convey a message and he, Ollie and the whole team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Fireworx are an invaluable extension to our marketing department.”
