How Fireworx helped Care South to Optimise their Marketing

Challenge

Care South is a not-for-profit charity and leading provider of residential, dementia, and nursing care, as well as care at home services, across the South of England.

Care South approached Fireworx to create their new look website, as well as support their digital marketing to help generate increased enquiries.

Action

We engaged Care South with a digital workshop, providing a full audit of their digital marketing set-up and a full discovery into their customer personas. With the website needing to become more adaptable and drive a higher conversion rate, we redesigned the user experience from the ground up. Gathering customer insight, running competitor analysis, and prototyping different website UX, we quickly established a defined approach forward.

From the value proposition as the South’s leading not-for-profit care provider, we mixed customer feedback and quality scoring with emotive imagery that reflected the personalities of their vibrant residents and staff.

Building the custom website in WordPress we crafted an immersive and easy-to-use experience that used simplified navigation and language to aid the user journey. Introducing a new search function to work on location and service we also delivered more personalised and accurate content, mixed with rich and informative content to improve both education on the various benefits and also to aid in greater conversion.
