The Customade Group is a nationwide collective of industry-leading companies with a market-leading range of products and support, catering for the entire fenestration industry.  Bringing the best choice of products, materials, price points and added value services through one single relationship.

Comprising of Atlas, REAL Aluminium, Virtuoso Doors, Fineline, Polyframe, HourGlass Seal and Stevenswood Trade Counters, the Customade Group product range spans PVCu and aluminium windows and doors, composite doors, aluminium glazed roofs, sealed glass units, specialist glazing and trade products.

Action

Fireworx were initially brought in to support the re-branding and positioning for Fineline, which is focused on providing high-end aluminium doors and windows. Known as the architects choice Fineline is the industry leader and briefed Fireworx to help re-imagine this vision for 2020 and beyond.

After successfully working on the Fineline brand and creative, we were brought in to help support the wider Customade Group and its brands, supporting the wider communication approach for the entire group itself. This is includes; brand strategy, campaign creative, video, animation, print advertising, emailers, brochure, social media, direct mail and exhibitions.

Fireworx now leads the creative for; Customade Group, Atlas, REAL Aluminium, Virtuoso Doors, Fineline and Polyframe.
