Having become part of the AXA group, SecureHealth approached Fireworx to help them develop a new website on a Microsoft .NET platform and wider brand communication to support their representatives.

We started by understanding the customer journey and overall objectives for SecureHealth from their new website and brand communications. As part of the AXA Group their website needed to be secure and robust and sit within the group infrastructure.

Due to their business model which is based around face-to-face contact, the websites core purpose was to provide a comprehensive overview of the business offering, helping people find individuals from the SecureHealth team and make customer engagement simpler.

For the website we selected the Umbraco CMS platform as the best solution for the needs of the AXA it requirements. We started from the ground up looking at the value proposition, the messaging and imagery of ‘real people’ this fed into the user experience, wireframing the website structure, the creative, development, testing and content population.

Once the website was completed we moved onto the sales brochure and literature to bring a consistent look and feel across the various marketing communication.

I chose Fireworx as they had a proven track record of working on complex Microsoft solutions with a strong portfolio of international brands and having worked with both the AXA Group and other group companies such as Health-on-Line.

We started off by agreeing a fixed price budget which was competitively priced and backed by their creative guarantee, not only did we have the proof of what they’d achieved already but the confidence our investment was always protected at every stage.
